For us, all the facilities under one roof is the utmost importance and therefore we are including complementary services such as meeting room and reception services.

Consultancy services

PEP’S 23 works in partnership with different organisations in assisting early stage businesses.Thus, you are provided with:

- the support to achieve your business plan;

- information about financial aids; 

- the support for fund raising or other financial services; 

- the help to find a place after your hosting at PEP’S 23. 

 

The access to specialized support 

PEP’S 23 is sophisticated with the existence of networking organisations such as business angel groups and professional firms (Accountants, Solicitors and Patent Agents) all of whom have specialist expertise in assisting early stage businesses. We can provide an entrance to this infrastructure if needed.

 

 

                            

 

A friendly space

- Financial network: thanks our partnership with local banks and financial structures  (Guéret La Souterraine Initiatives, Limousin Entreprendre, Oséo) there is access to bank loans, loan funds, guarantee programs, to angel investors or venture capital.

 

- Partnerships with experts : the Order of solicitors of Guéret, the tax authorities, the Urssaf is facilitating the process in your administrative procedures and your business connections. 

- Partnerships with the commercial office and the trade office provide support and advice as appropriate. 

 

- Institutional partnership can allow to find political support.

 

- Local mentors: the powerful network between PEP’S 23 and the entrepreneurs' Club of La Souterraine County Sostranien will allow the development of contacts during the quarterly meetings of the Club in which every tenant is invited to take part.

 

 

 

 

How to become a tenant ?  

 

Any company can apply. Manufacturing and service companies are provided with a wide range of services and hosting facilities.

 

However some type of business which are subjected to specific legal obligations (food-processing, veterinarian industries) are unable to be accepted the PEP’S 23.

 It is important to mention that early stage businesses are a priority despite the fact that older business companies can apply; for example, secondary establishment in Creuse can apply as well but their process is more rigorous.

 

 

For becoming a tenant, we provide a special application form that must be filled in. Help in the application process can be offered, if needed.

This application form includes:    

- Presentation of the entrepreneur (current situation, work experiences and trainings accompanied with the curriculum vitae, 

- Presentation of the project/ the company,

- Economic and financial documents.

 

The application form once filled is examined by a committee of approval.
